COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Plaintiff and Appellant in the above entitled case, Citizen of California, Private Attorney General and Federal Witness, to provide formal Notice to this honorable Court, to the United States Court of Appeals, and to all interested party(s), of His appeal to the Ninth Circuit of each of the following:

(1) U.S. District Judge William B. Shubb’s ORDER, and corresponding JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE, as filed and served by the Clerk of the district court on January 25, 2002 A.D. (see Plaintiff’s first NOTICE OF APPEAL filed on February 1, 2002 A.D.);

(2) U.S. District Judge William B. Shubb’s ORDER as filed and served by said Clerk on February 5, 2002 A.D.;

(3) U.S. District Judge William B. Shubb’s MEMORANDUM AND ORDER as filed and served by said Clerk on February 22, 2002 A.D.; and,

(4) U.S. Magistrate Judge Dale A. Drozd’s “ORDER” [sic] as filed and served by said Clerk on February 28, 2002 A.D.

This Notice conforms to the requirements imposed upon Appellant by the Ninth Circuit’s ORDER filed February 22, 2002.

The ORDER’s of February 5 and February 22 supra have already been served on all interested parties, with the exception of the firm of Matheny, Sears, Linkert & Long LLP, alleging to appear on March 6, 2002 A.D. in the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, on behalf of named Defendant ParabolaX Research Group. See PROOF’s OF SERVICE infra and in Appellant’s MOTION FOR ORDER ENJOINING FURTHER INACTION BY THE REGISTER OF COPYRIGHTS.
