COMES NOW Paul Andrew Mitchell, Plaintiff in the above entitled case, Citizen of California, Private Attorney General and Federal Witness, to file this document: his FIRST SUPPLEMENT TO MOTION TO BAR REMOVAL (see attached).
In support of his MOTION TO BAR REMOVAL filed concurrently herewith, Plaintiff hereby incorporates Attachment “A” by reference, as if set forth fully here.
The particular attention of this Court is directed to Topic “E” in Attachment “A”, which contains a seminal analysis of the federal removal statutes in Title 28 of the United States Code.
The Undersigned hereby verifies, under penalty of perjury, under the laws of the United States of America, without the “United States” (federal government), that the above statement of facts and laws is true and correct, according to the best of his current information, knowledge and belief, so help me God, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1746(1).
