Greetings President Trump and Executive Office Staff:
This is a short email message to inform you that
hard copies of the following documents are being
mailed to your attention at The White House:
It is grossly typical of such petty bureaucrats that
they would obstruct a proper COMPLAINT lodged
under 18 U.S.C. 3771, evidently because those
very same bureaucrats lack credentials that are
required of them by the Constitution and by
Acts of Congress which have implemented the
Oath of Office Clause in that Constitution.
Missing credentials are the primary reason for that CVRA Complaint!
Notably, 5 U.S.C. 5507 bars them from being paid
if they have not executed valid U.S. OPM Standard Form 61
APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS:
I do hope you will agree that the position of DOJ's
Crime Victims' Rights Ombudsman deserves to be filled
by someone who is qualified -and- capable of demonstrating
compassion and understanding of the many ways
in which Americans are now being damaged by
what is called American Legal Abuse Syndrome.
I am planning to write you a longer TRANSMITTAL letter
to accompany one set of hard copies to you, and
one identical set of hard copies to the new BOP Director.
Also, please accept this email message as my proper
reservation of right to lodge a related Qui Tam Complaint
against all BOP personnel, under the False Claims Act
at 31 U.S.C. 3729 et seq. Their missing credentials are
the primary reason for lodging my CVRA Complaint supra.
I believe my second obstructed civil lawsuit in Missouri qualifies
me as the Qui Tam Relator and whistleblower for having originated
several proper FOIA Requests for the APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS
of all BOP personnel, going back 10 years:
