SUBJECT: falsehoods in your short letter of August 12, 2016

Congressman DeFazio:

We are writing to object to the false and defamatory statement made in your letter to us of August 12, 2016.

We are quite astounded that you would place such faith in what you call “reputable online media resources” which you have not identified any further. Such vagueness does not speak well of you or your staff.

At the same time you appear to have totally ignored the extensive documentation which has now been mailed to three of your offices.

In particular, a large bound document containing Tort Claim Supplements was delivered to your Eugene office on August 10, 2016.

Why have you completely ignored the latter documentation?

We can verify that Paul Andrew Mitchell is not mentally incompetent, and the extensive documentation which you now have in your possession is not the work of a mentally incompetent person.

Because you have already offered to look into the past due FOIA Requests which Mr. Mitchell has submitted to the U.S. Marshals Service, kindly also take mandatory notice that:

(a) One Cynthia Low dba “Psychologist” at FDC SeaTac has failed to produce any credentials;

(b) All personnel at USMCFP in Springfield, Missouri, identified in several FOIA Requests submitted to the U.S. Bureau of Prisons, have also failed to produce any credentials;

(c) Nancy Dell Freudenthal, L. Robert Murray and Stephan Harris, USDC at Cheyenne, Wyoming, have also turned up with missing and defective credentials;

(d) There are numerous other Federal personnel who have also turned up with missing and defective credentials, as proven by The Credential Investigation of which Mr. Mitchell has been the Principal Investigator at least since August 2001;

(e) Mr. Gerald M. Auerbach and all other members of the USMS “Ethics Team” have also failed to produce credentials.

Congressman DeFazio, can you or can you not see why that Credential Investigation is the principal criminal motive for willful defamation of Mr. Mitchell, not merely with that ridiculous nonsense about his mental abilities, but in numerous other ways?

More to the merits, you are also required by Law to support and defend the Oath of Office Clause in the U.S. Constitution and all Acts of Congress which have implemented that Oath of Office Clause.

We are asking you politely to demonstrate your commitment to support and defend that Clause in Mr. Mitchell’s case.

For a second time, kindly do so by making all necessary arrangements for mediation, arbitration or other alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) techniques to resolve Mr. Mitchell’s outstanding Federal Tort Claims.

DEMAND TO CEASE AND DESIST

And, in closing, we now feel it is necessary to demand that you cease and desist from trafficking in any further defamations of Mr. Mitchell’s good name and well deserved professional reputation as a nationally recognized Private Attorney General, qualified Federal Witness, and most recently Agent of the United States as a Qui Tam Relator under the False Claims Act at 31 U.S.C. 3729 et seq.
