On November 21, 2016 A.D., I requested APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS executed by Ms. Lois G. Lerner upon occupying the position of attorney with the Criminal Division, U.S. Department of Justice, circa 1978 A.D. and OATH OF OFFICE executed by Ms. Lois G. Lerner upon occupying the position of Special Assistant to the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia.

To date, I have not received a complete reply to that FOIA request.

I hereby appeal your failure to reply with all requested documents.

You now have twenty (20) working days to respond to this Appeal. See statute of limitations in the Freedom of Information Act.
