appearing on behalf of the United States ex rel.

SUBJECT: United States’ ex rel. APPLICATION FOR PEREMPTORY
WRIT OF MANDAMUS, Berg v. Obama et al., EDPA #08-CV-04083
Greetings Kelly McGrady Cosgrove:
Just today we received your helpful letter dated October 16, 2008. Thank you very much for your timely assistance.
We happened to have a $500 money order on hand, which we promptly rushed to the nearest Post Office and transmitted to you via Priority U.S. Mail with Delivery Confirmation #0308 1400 0001 3029 0403.
ETA is Thursday, October 30, 2008 A.D., just in time for the deadline.
If the Third Circuit has a fund for litigants who have been granted leave to proceed In Forma Pauperis, please keep the extra funds in excess of the $450.00 filing fee for such purposes. If no such fund exists, please deposit the extra $50.00 into your general fund there.
We are delighted and honored to be involved in this case: my office has done an extensive amount of legal research, and litigation, in connection with the five (5) key Clauses in the U.S. Constitution where the terms “Citizen of the United States” and “Citizens” occur.
Also, because standing Federal court precedents have held that the Third Circuit is indeed an Article III constitutional court, we look forward to invoking the judicial Power of the United States in a matter now arising under the Qualification Clause for President.
If there is anything you wish to add to help expedite this historically important case, please transmit your wishes to my email addresses at: supremelawfirm@gmail.com –and- supremelawfirm@msn.com
Thank you again for your continuing professional assistance.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
