SUBJECT: The Credential Investigation (ongoing)
Greetings Governor Mike Pence:
Congratulations on your nomination to the Office of Vice President.
Under separate cover, our client Mr. Robert E. Orth informs me that he has very recently forwarded to your Indiana Office a few links to Internet resources summarizing The Credential Investigation.
The problems we have been exposing, at least since August 2001, call for the reasonable and verifiable conclusion that the Federal Judiciary have been infiltrated for many years, but the mainstream media have been loath to confirm or report any of our major findings.
Even worse, the suspects identified by this investigation have stubbornly refused to do anything about curing the myriad defects and omissions of mandatory credentials.
Now, it is crucial for you and your subordinates to understand that the bulk of evidence acquired during The Credential Investigation was provided by U.S. DOJ’s Office of Information Policy, in reply to our timely Requests submitted to them under the Federal Freedom of Information Act: 5 U.S.C. 552.
This matter would not be as serious or widespread as it has become, were it not for the Oath of Office Clause at Article VI, Clause 3 in the Constitution for the United States of America, as lawfully amended, and the legal, and moral, obligations that arise for anyone who executes that Oath in good faith upon entry on duty as a newly hired Federal officer or employee.
That Clause was first ratified on June 21, 1788 (also my birthday), and it has never been amended. As such, that Clause predates the Bill of Rights and elevates the Oath of Office requirement to the level of our Fundamental Right. See Miranda v. Arizona (Rights secured by the Constitution).
In a Presidential Campaign message we received on October 16, 2016, Donald J. Trump wrote:

It should not require expertise in rocket science to recognize how very necessary and important it is for all Federal Judges to enforce the Oath of Office Clause, and all Acts of Congress and administrative Regulations which implement that Clause, as a necessary condition of their appointment to such a high office in the Federal Government.
At a bare minimum, their supervisory responsibilities are spelled out in some detail in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges:
http://www.uscourts.gov/judges-judgeships/code-conduct-united-states-judges
To avoid belaboring the many verified factual details now uncovered and thoroughly documented by The Credential Investigation, please allow the enclosed documents speak for themselves.
It is particularly painful for me to reiterate my standing criticisms of the U.S. Marshals Service, for obviously neglecting to enforce these Federal laws, when the violations have been happening literally right under their noses. Marshals have responded with retaliation!
Yes, we are not exaggerating whenever we observe that the swamp also known as the “District of Corruption” now extends outwards into every Federal Courthouse, no exceptions!
Please know that my office will be ready, willing and able to help a Trump Administration conduct a task force dedicated to rooting out every single impostor, and restoring respect for Law and order to a Federal Judiciary that has descended into greed, corruption and crime.
Thank you for your professional attention to this massive problem, and for your honest commitment to remove all impostors and to appoint Federal Judges who will uphold the Constitution, as Donald Trump has already written:
“This is so important!”
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
