SUBJECT: Your Adverse Conflict of Interest
Dear Mr. Tinney,
Formal NOTICE AND DEMAND are hereby served upon you immediately
to cease and desist presiding upon any further proceedings in the
case of Nordbrock v. Ulan, case number #315580, due to the
adverse conflicts of interest which have now arisen by virtue of
the VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT which has been filed against you
in said case, and which has also been filed against you in the
case of State v. Mitchell, recently removed to the District Court
of the United States ("DCUS"), Judicial District of Arizona, on
several federal questions including, but not limited to, your
violations of the federal criminal code, Title 18, United States
Code (various sections) and also of Title 4, United States Code,
Section 101. Any further attempts on your part to obstruct
justice and/or deprive Me of any of My fundamental Rights, as
guaranteed by the federal and state constitutions, will
constitute probable cause for Me to charge you formally with
further criminal violations of the pertinent state and federal
laws which bind you. This is the only such lawful warning you
will receive, from this point further. Thank you for your
immediate cooperation and obedience to the law.
