No such authorization was ever given.

"The Federal Zone" was recalled last summer.
You were a member of an email list to which
notices of the amnesty program were posted.

and any associated message(s), in reply
to this demand. Then, delete it from your
computer, and ALL backup disks.
I wrote the book and retain sole, exclusive
rights to it, and all derivatives.

U.S. Mail, with my authorized signature.
