This is my INVOICE for complying with our mutual agreement that I vacate your premises at 16585 Pacific Coast Highway, Sunset Beach 90742, CALIFORNIA, USA, within 72 hours after receipt of your verbal notice, allegedly as a condition of Lynne’s release from federal custody.
Mr. Keller agreed to compensate me in the amount of $500.00 cash for vacating within that deadline. I did remove all my personal belongings and I did, in fact, vacate your premises, on Saturday, April 20, 2002 A.D. within 48 hours after receipt of verbal notice.
I agreed to no other adjustments or modifications to said agreement.
