                                                       ==========

My terms are TOTAL AMOUNT DUE immediately upon receipt of INVOICE.

A verbal contract is a binding contract in California State.

Allow me to suggest that you liquidate one or more of your Rolls Royces (or Jaguar V-12, or Corvettes), so that I can resume pro bono assistance to other needy and deserving victims of IRS oppression.  See http://www.supremelaw.org/ (a public domain Internet resource).

You have no right to change your mind arbitrarily, after a mutually agreeable contract is reached and performed, particularly at a time when I had enormous demands on my time to attend to other immensely important priorities, e.g. Mitchell v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.

I would also respectfully request that you demonstrate some genuine leadership and honor my freedom.  If you have provided me with one or more “gifts” in the past, those gifts did not obligate me in any way to you, or to anyone else.  See California Civil Code section 22.2 and statutes governing “obligation”.

A “gift” is not a “trade,” and a “gift” is not a “loan”;  never has been, and never will be.

Good day to you, Madame.

Sincerely yours,

/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
