This is to inform you of our specific intent to file a VERIFIED CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against one or more members of your university (or college), in connection with the widespread criminal infringements of my exclusive copyrights in "The Federal Zone: Cracking the Code of Internal Revenue," all editions.

 

All previous correspondence directed to any member of your staff, faculty, student body, or other affiliated individual, is hereby incorporated by reference, as if set forth fully herein.

 

Formal demand is hereby made of you immediately and permanently to refrain from destroying any material evidence, and also to cease and desist any and all conduct which could be construed as an attempt by any member of your institution to conceal and/or destroy evidence of other copyright infringements, electronic or otherwise, past, present, or future.
