Greetings Maui Global Communications Corporation:

Attached please find a true and correct copy of the PROOF OF SERVICE of SUMMONS and COMPLAINT as properly served upon Maui Global Communications Corporation by the United States Postal Service.

As stated on the original SUMMONS, Maui Global Communications Corporation had thirty (30) calendar days after service properly to answer the Initial COMPLAINT. That deadline was midnight at the end of May 17, 2003 A.D. (allowing one day of grace, counting from 4/16/2003).

No such ANSWER has been served upon Me or upon any of My designated agents.

No such ANSWER has been filed in the Clerk’s official docket file by anyone with a valid license to practice law in the State of California. See section 6067 of the California Business and Professions Code, and the outstanding SUBPOENA to The State Bar of California for exhibition of all licenses of all State Bar members.

Accordingly, Maui Global Communications Corporation is now in default as against My Initial COMPLAINT for damages in the amount of five billion, two hundred forty-three million, three hundred thirty-three thousand, six hundred lawful United States dollars ($5,243,333,600.00).

We will now proceed to perfect a lawful lien against Maui Global Communications Corporation, and to commence enforcement and collection proceedings.
