COMES NOW the United States (“Applicant”) ex relatione Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S., Citizen of ONE OF the United States of America, Private Attorney General, Criminal Investigator and Federal Witness (hereinafter “Relator”) to provide formal Notice to all interested Parties, and to request discretional judicial notice by this honorable Office of Georgia State Administrative Hearings, of this, Applicant’s APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAR AMICUS CURIAE (“friend of the court”).

Relator supra already represents Applicant in the appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Berg v. Obama et al. In the latter case, Applicant has already shown that Plaintiff Philip J. Berg enjoyed standing pursuant to the Acts of Congress at 42 U.S.C. sections 1983 and 1985. The latter statute is particularly clear on the issue of standing at subsection 1985(3), to wit:

... the party so injured or deprived may have an action for the recovery of damages occasioned by such injury or deprivation, against any one or more of the conspirators. [emphasis added]

There were many other, well documented irregularities in Berg v. Obama supra that are just too numerous to mention here. By way of encouraging all concerned to focus primarily on the merits of the question now before this tribunal, Applicant attaches the following documents and incorporates same by reference, as if set forth fully here, to wit:
