Jim,

I recommend listening to Howard Freeman teaching.
Mr. Freeman is now deceased, but his expertise lives
on in the form of audio tapes and writings. He
talks slowly and in great detail about jurisdictions.

Currently, I am defending a speeding ticket in San
Diego by using the "confused defendant" manner of defense
whereby you refuse to plead and place yourself under
the Court's statutory jurisdiction. Rather, I say
that I do not understand the "nature of the charges,"
and as long as that is the status, the judge cannot
lawfully take jurisdiction. There is a lot more to it,
of course, but it is all available in his 10-tape series
that costs $40 and is available from America's Promise
Ministries, P. O. Box 157, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.
(No e-mail or phone number availabe as I write this
response. Sorry.)

This method has been used quite successfully in several
recent traffic court cases, and Mr. Freeman had a
perfect record of wins over the IRS during the 70's and
80's with this defense. The goal is to force the
judge back under common law by a series of innocent
questions.

Primary thing to remember: NEVER NEVER go into a
Court criticizing the judge, demanding rights, accusing
the Court of being under Admiralty (they're not, necessarily),
or under statutory. The court can be under any juris-
diction it chooses. It is up to you to use wisdom and
careful words to get the Court to admit it's juris-
diction and then exercise your remedy under UCC I-207.

All that is fully and succinctly explained in the
tapes. I can say that from having NO understanding
whatsoever about the law and jurisdictions, I now have
a confident understanding and can hold my own in any
Court of Law without an attorney. Especially if I
have not harmed anyone or any property. This defense
is especially useful for those people facing willful
failure to file charges.

Good Luck and God Bless.

LeAnne
