Maybe you can help, I have a suit againt Metro Police, and they say I have to have an attorney, no one would take this for 4 years, not even pro bono, so I got someone who cares, and is willing to represent me, she is not an attorney, a litigator, and they said, they will drop my case (stalking) I have trust in her, and they are afraid as I have all legal documents to prove there carelessness, and frankly no concern for me. I am going on my 14th amendment civil rights to have someone represent me, not as an attorney, as my spokesperson, as it has caused health problems and I cannot do it alone, and I trust her, as well as I do not have money to pay an attorney. the stalker is on 5 years probation, that he has broken and continues to bother me. can you halp? thanks
