You sidestepped the point;

Initials and all uppercase words were not used in the Christian version or any version of the Common Law and are to this day not used in the text of any valid law, rule or regulation.

Preambles are not law, Titles of law are not law, names of rules, codes, acts of CONGRESS are not law.

The above can be misnomered to inform those knowledgeable in legal fiction matters that a change in law (from the People to military authority) has occurred.
Law, code + regulation must be written so that people can understand it.

Initials and all uppercase words require an assumption.

Assumption is the font (source) upon which the bogus Supreme Law FIRM scam depends!

I am aware of the state or State names specifically specified in state or State constitutions.

I have done my homework. Please try again!

Are you trying to do "damage control" knowing that most viewers have little or no knowledge of the above matters?
