Please define "Union states".
Do these Union states have standing under the law of nations.
Do these states have a military force.
Do these states issue gold or silver coin.
Are the employers in these states subject to
federal labor laws?
In reality does the federal government govern these states?
Does the red, white and blue flag fly under the authority of Title 4 of the United States Code which is martial law in disguise.
Does this red, white and blue flag fly above all state flags?
Is not the Federal District Court's geographic jurisdictional area defined in Title 28 of the United States Code?

By what authority are you Paul Andrew Mitchell recognized as Counselor at Law, Private Attorney General?

If we had courts of law you might come in handy.

Courts operating under the doctrine of necessity do not have much use for case law or constitutional issues unless they are in their favor.

: A theory is being proposed here that is based
: on one essential premise: the Union states
: no longer exist.

: In effect, the American flag now has a solid
: blue field, with no stars whatsoever
: (although it still has 13 stripes).

: Perhaps the proponents are preoccupied
: with the color blue, maybe? :)

: This result is absurd, thus defeating
: the essential premise ab initio.

: There are just too many court authorities
: to mention here, to salvage this absurdity.

: Attorney General Brownell's study reviewed
: more than 700 cases, in their analysis of
: federal jurisdiction within the Union states.

: That study might be a good place to confirm
: the absurdity of this proposition.

: Chapter 11 in "The Federal Zone," reproduced
: in several places in the Supreme Law Library,
: begins with a fair summary of that study's
: essential findings. Chapter 11 was folded
: into all verified statements required for
: each challenge to the Jury Selection and
: Service Act. With the sole exception of
: the Brushaber case and the chapters which
: analyzed it carefully, Chapter 11 was THE
: most carefully and thoroughly researched
: in that book.
