I think a "drivers license" takes on a totally different form if signed "without prejudice". The guy processing mine spent at least 15 minutes on the phone to at least two separate numbers (I watched him the whole time) before he trimmed, cut, and pasted the stuff so my signature and ucc 1-207 would fit after being shrunk down. Under UCC, the ONLY access to Bill of Rights is by reservation, and a reservation of common law rights means YOU CANNOT BE HELD TO ANY UNDISCLOSED TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT. Undisclosed, that is, at the time of execution.
