Since money is not the object, perhaps the materials could be made
available in zipped format on a web-page, or ftp page? Anonynous
download possible. Sincerely, the work involved would be
less than the work of copying and snail-mailing floppies. And
the nuisance of engaging in just covering the costs in an
otherwise not for profit venture is eliminated. I hope these
thoughts on matters of efficiency can be of some help.
