The Washington RCW deed templates may be defective
and send anyone using them on a roundtrip back into
real estate.
It can be observed that 'land' is mentioned in the
header, but is converted to 'real estate' in the body.
Not so in reviewing older records, that incidentally
were not executed between a named GRANTOR to a GRANTEE,
but took place as a contract between men.
