Re:  The Credential Investigation is motivating DEFAMATION

Greetings,

This is a brief message directed at anyone who has been exposed to the deliberate LIE that I was somehow “not competent” [sic] to stand trial in the case of USA v. Hill et al.

The following APPLICATION FOR DISQUALIFICATIONS is a good place to start, because it documents in some detail the vicious bias exhibited by a Federal “robe” at the U.S. District Court in Cheyenne, Wyoming, during a preliminary hearing in the “criminal” case:

Her “apology” during an open Court hearing was noteworthy.

Nevertheless, that case went quickly downhill anyway, after I was transported back to the Federal Detention Center at SeaTac.

Upon arrival there a second time, I was verbally threatened with solitary confinement if I did not consent to a second “psychological interview” with a full-time BOP psychologist.

Dr. Cynthia Low later turned up withOUT credentials, as did all other BOP personnel, after I requested their APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS with proper FOIA Requests;  all of those Requests are now IN DEFAULT:

I was finally released after filing two (2) civil lawsuits on my own behalf at the Federal District Court in Missouri:

And, I seriously doubt that any capable specialist would still question my sanity after reading all of the other pleadings which I authored on my own behalf in that “criminal” case:

There is no question that it was “The Credential Investigation” all along that motivated all of the defamation and criminal retaliations documented in detail above e.g.:

And, it is indeed “delusional” in the extreme for anyone to harbor the expectation that the evidence already provided by the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”) will somehow disappear -- by falsely accusing me of lacking competence.  The following is a subset of DOJ’s many written admissions:

Shame on all of these suspects.  Shame!  Shame!!  Shame!!!
