NOTICE OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION
TO: Superior Court of California
Attention: Doreen, Department 71
P.O. Box 122724
San Diego 92112-2724
CALIFORNIA, USA
FROM: Paul Andrew Mitchell, Plaintiff
DATE: March 30, 2004 A.D.
SUBJECT: Mitchell
v. AOL Time Warner, Inc. et al.
Case Number: GIC807057
Greetings Doreen,
It is with my deepest regrets that I do hereby inform you that Ms. Janis Sammartino is now under formal investigation on suspicion of obstruction of justice, deprivation of fundamental Rights, conspiracy to deprive fundamental Rights, retaliation against a qualified Federal Witness, racketeering, and conspiracy to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity. See 18 U.S.C. 241, 242, 1961 et seq.
At no time after the above entitled case was first filed on March 12, 2003 A.D. has any Superior Court official informed me who was responsible for abruptly canceling the hearing which you scheduled and later confirmed for June 13, 2003 A.D. at 2:00 p.m. in Department 71; nor has any Court official informed me why that happened.
I find it also quite interesting that, on the same day, I was once again the target of retaliation and obstruction of justice by certain staff employed by the San Diego County Law Library. Those staff were later placed under Citizen’s Arrest, and local police promptly and professionally responded to my request for a civil stand-by, as advised by San Diego County Sheriffs working in the adjacent building.
This is also to inform you of my specific intent to file a formal NOTICE OF RECUSAL FOR CAUSE henceforth to disqualify Ms. Sammartino from ever presiding on the instant case at any time in the future.
Thank you again for your kind and professional assistance.
Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell
