Thank you very much.

FYI:  Documentation of my 55 MOVES

p.s. It would be kind if you also updated the
mailing address at the USMS website.

Greetings Office of Professional Responsibility and Internal Affairs:

Can you please identify for us the correct USMS official(s) or office(s)

who are responsible for maintaining inmate transportation records?

Does the USMS maintain documentation such as "travel vouchers"

and/or similar inmate transportation records?

Our Trustees have advised that the latter Tort Claim

is for time only (7,805 hours), but it does not claim

any other special damages e.g. for "diesel therapy" torture
inflicted by USMS personnel while I was in the custody

of the USMS.

See 31 U.S.C. 3730(h)(2) (compensation for special damages):

https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/31/3730  (h)(2)

I do agree with our Trustees that the IRS is

not strictly liable for those 55 MOVES;
the USMS is strictly liable.

Moreover, there were specific USMS personnel

employed in the Judicial Security Department

at the USDC in downtown Seattle, who were

also grossly negligent after being presented with

documentary evidence timely disclosed by the

Office of Information Policy in the U.S. DOJ,

Washington, D.C.:

Thank you.
