state, expressly  not a  citizen of  the United  States ("federal

citizen") and Plaintiff in the above entitled matter (hereinafter

"Plaintiff"), to provide formal Notice to all interested parties,

and to  demand mandatory judicial notice by this honorable Court,

pursuant to Rule 201(d) of the Arizona Rules of Evidence, of:

     (1)  Plaintiff's verified  NOTICE OF  FILING OF  MOTION  FOR
          RELIEF FROM  AUTOMATIC STAY  AND OF REQUIREMENT TO FILE
          OBJECTION, dated May 15, 1997, and

     (2)  Plaintiff's verified  APPLICATION FOR  INTERVENTION  OF
          RIGHT AND  RELIEF FROM  AUTOMATIC STAY,  dated May  15,
          1997,

both executed,  served, and filed in the United States Bankruptcy

Court, District of Arizona, Tucson Case Number #96-01624-TUC, and

incorporated herein  by reference  as if  set forth fully herein.
