He does, does he? What is his view then
of the position you've taken that links
to infringing works (without knowledge that
they are infringing)
are also infringing? Given his various
opinions about copyrights being a balance
between public and private interest
(cf. White vs. Samsung, Kozinski's dissenting
opinion, for one example), I'd say he would be
one of the first judges to throw your case
(about people who have linked to the Federal Zone)
out of court!
