and totally disagree with it. I heard that anyone who turns 16 after Jan.1 1999 will have to have their learners
for at least 6 months before they can get their actual license. To stereo-type a teenager like that as a careless,
thoughtless risk taker is ridiculous. For the law to tell us that we have to wait to get what we've
wanted and waited for, for a long time; oohh all I can
say is they have guts.
